11/30/2010 Project Update:
Handrail installation on the rear side balconies completed.
Units 1804 & 1812
Rear side elevation view of Building 8 with new handrails;
Units 1808 & 1816;
As per Regime 55 request, damaged soffit over rear side of unit 1817 was repaired using new composite materials "Hardisoffit" and "XO PVC" wood grain trim, as a sample for the future repair/replacement work (as shown in the picture below);
Damaged soffit vent replaced over unit 1810;
11/18/2010 Project Update:
New handrails installed at units # 1804 & 1812;
Spalled concrete slab discovered at the balcony of Unit 1805; Contractor, Community manager and Engineer have met on-site to determine proper course of action, to correct the issue.;
New handrails installed at Units 1813 & 1805. Handrail at Unit 1805 installed temporarilly, for safety. Shall be removed and re installed after concrete slab repairs.
New Handrails installed at Units 1811 and 1803;
New handrails installed at unit 1810 & 1802; Fascia installation will be complete on November 19.
New Handrails installed on Unit 1814 & 1806;
11/15/2010 Project Update:
Handrail replacement project started on 11/15/2010 at Units 1812 & 1804;
New, aluminum powder coated handrails fabricated and delivered on project site by Shaw MFG on November 15 at 9:00AM. Handrails inspected by Charlie Walczak at 10:00AM.

11/12/2010 Building Permit issued by Town Of Hilton Head Island.
11/09/2010 Building permit issued by Sea Pines ARB.
11/03/2010 Fabrication of new handrails started at Shaw Manufacturing.
11/01/2010 Work agreement signed between EURO Construction, Inc. and Bluff Villas, Regime 55 for rear side balconies handrail replacement on building 8.
