Owners/TenantsWe will try to make our work as little inconvenient to your renters as we can. It would be better to let them know ahead of time about all the work being done and about our schedules, so they would be better prepared. On our website we are seeking to provide you the most recent information from construction site. Here you can find current and future work schedule, construction updates with finished work and images of work progress. Please check Work Schedule regulary. We will coordinate door and window installation with your renters and will keep your villa accessible at all times. During windows and doors replacement we'll try to protect your floors and countertops as best as we can by covering them. Euro Construction Inc. is not responsible for windows/doors treatments. We recomend owners who has expensive custom treatments to remove them before replacement work starts. During construction work at certain building, all parking spaces in front of this building will be used for materials and dumpster. While renovating stairs we’ll make temporary steps to reach appartment safely. Tenants should take care of children and don’t let them go without supervising.
