New Door Locks

Your old door lock has been replaced with new Powerbolt 1000 Keyless Home Access System. If you would like get back old keys contact Erica at Island Regime (843) 785-9223 . For new keys or electronic lock code call Euro Construction Inc. (843) 682-3876 .

Short instructions:

  1. Push the Lock button on outside touch pad to extend latch bolt 1" which locks the door when you leave.
  2. Enter your desired personal code to retract the latch bolt completely witch unlocks the door when you return home.
  3. The T-turn on the side of the door is used to extend(lock) or retract (unlock) the latch bol when you are inside
  4. Using the key from the outside will also extend (lock) or retract (unlock) the latch bolt

Note: If several attempts were needed to set your security codes - you may have activated the worning sound. Wait 1 minute for the unit to be operational again.

Interior Renovation

Owners/Tenants

We will try to make our work as little inconvenient to your renters as we can. It would be better to let them know ahead of time about all the work being done and about our schedules, so they would be better prepared. On our website we are seeking to provide you the most recent information from construction site. Here you can find current and future work schedule, construction updates with finished work and images of work progress. Please check Work Schedule regulary. We will coordinate door and window installation with your renters and will keep your villa accessible at all times. During windows and doors replacement we'll try to protect your floors and countertops as best as we can by covering them. Euro Construction Inc. is not responsible for windows/doors treatments. We recomend owners who has expensive custom treatments to remove them before replacement work starts. During construction work at certain building, all parking spaces in front of this building will be used for materials and dumpster. While renovating stairs we’ll make temporary steps to reach appartment safely. Tenants should take care of children and don’t let them go without supervising.

                Dear Villa Owners/Tenants,

 

     Renovation work on building 900 is scheduled to start on 03/06/2008.   Any villa Owners who have decided to have Light fixture installed in your balcony, please contact EURO Construction Office A.S.A.P.

    All home owners and/or tenants shall use extra caution when entering and exiting building, also walking around stacked materials in parking lot. Please do not park your cars in front of building #900 left side wall  during the work hours (7:00AM - 5:00PM).

     Please remove furniture, plants and other belongings from your balconies and front entrance decks. We also recommend to remove any hanging objects from exterior walls (pictures, paintings, mirrors, etc.). Please Note, EURO Construction, Inc. will not assume responsibility for missing or misplaced belongings from your balcony or outside your front door.
