Construction of two new decks for units B-201 & B-301 complete. Ceiling panel installation and trim work in progress.
Rear side of building B. Balcony/porch floor structure of Unit B-301 was demolished, due to wood rot to the deck structure and joist overload with concrete slab.
Rear side of building B. Porch floor structure of unit B-201 was demoliched, due to minor wood rot to the deck structure and joist overload with concrete slab. New porch structure being built with pressure treated wood.
Demolition and repair work complete on the rear side of Units B-101, B-201 and B-301 exept wood rot repair in balcony and porch floor of Unit B-301. Master bedroom windows are being installed on the rear side.

Siding and trim removed on right side walls of units B-103, B-203 and B-303. Exterior sheathing removed. Ready for termite inspection.
